Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
Entry is open to Singapore residents over 18 years of age. Employees of Art Index International (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
Promotion commences on 15th January 2013 and closes at 5pm on 20th December 2013.
The prize is a $10,000SGN portfolio of art works independently valued. The draw will take place at 12pm on the 21st December 2013 at Art Index International (Singapore) Pte Ltd Head Office. The winner will be notified by phone and email and will be published on our website. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Details are as follows:
Portfolio of investment quality art works as selected by Art Index art selection panel and independently valued by a commonwealth gift certificate valuer. Prize value: $10,000SGN
The prize includes GST. The total maximum prize value is $10,000. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. Art Index International (Singapore) Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
Art Index International (Singapore) Pte Ltd may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw after 3 Months if the prize is unclaimed as is necessary on in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Art Index International (Singapore) Pte Ltd then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
All entries become the property of Art Index International (Singapore) Pte Ltd and will be entered into a database. Art Index may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotion, and will not sell any of these details on to a third party.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
